Your nickname is not exclusive and other users may use the same.
You do not own any ingame progress or item including but not limited to your character details, experience ("XP"), level, achievements, skins, etc.

In case you bought virtual items (e.g. skins) that do not work after the service is not available anymore (including but not limited to discontinuation of service, misconduct, data loss), we can not provide any refund.
Any virtual item, game progress, etc. is not available if the service is terminated.
